My feet feel good at the end of the day because of the thick rubber sole and the shoe does not shoe excessive wear considering the environment it is in all day. I also like that the shoe has a stylish side along with being very practical. It also keeps my feet nice and dry on rainy days! It is a heavy shoe but that is part of what makes it hold up so well. It is by far my favorite shoe for work days! "
